We procure high-quality finished leather from local tanneries and kick-start our manufacturing process through the aid of a pre-designed glove art. Soon afterward, the material is subjected to professional cuts either by a human or a disc plate.
The process is then followed by machine stitches using high-quality threads. Zigzag and regular stitching is typically done. Our professionals take special care in this process to ensure the stitching is done in the right way.
The safety leather gloves then goes through an electronic ironing procedure and kept inside dehumidified room to prevent mold growth. We make sure that every item is checked as thoroughly as possible before packing the same in air-tight boxes.
